Meet the Team:
Musical Director - Mark Thompson - conducted his very successful concert at Carew Wesley Chapel in April 2018.

St. Mary's Church,
Carew Cheriton
Since then he has led the choir through dozens of successful concerts. At Christmas for instance, he conducted a busy and very successful series of performances in castles, care homes, churches and chapels, clubs and the open air. And those are just some of the venues that the choir is asked to sing in, across the year.
As well as leading the Quaynotes, Mark is Choir Master at St Mary's Church in Tenby, is a trombone player of some renown and an accompanist who's in demand. Mark's love of music, his leadership, guidance and his ambition for continuous improvement has helped build the Quaynotes' reputation for quality and enjoyment.
We are very fortunate that Sharron Lusher
is our Deputy Musical Director and
Deputy Accompanist.

Key Members:
We all gathered to celebrate another year of fund-raising concerts and to say farewell to our last Musical Director Dave Howells. Not that he's leaving the choir - he may have passed the MD baton to Mark but Dave will still be a key member of the bass section ... and Deputy Conductor.
Quaynotes' Chair Ray Hughes
paid Dave tribute for his huge
contribution to the choir presenting
him with a beautiful panoramic
photograph of Carew, taking in the
castle, the mill and the chapel hall.
Ray Hughes, Caroline Llewelyn and Dave Howells
Ray also thanked Caroline Llewelyn for all her hard work as Secretary throughout the year, which culminated in her arrangements for this splendid evening.
And he paid a very special tribute to Eileen Thomas, the choir's extremely accomplished accompanist, for the dedication and hard work that she puts into every concert and at each rehearsal.
